Four halls in Preston held a traditional Rectory Garden Party which included Ed Hintze and his merry troupe of singers. Congratulations to Carole Anders who masterminded arrangements. Some £800 was raised.

Dean of Salisbury is leaving to become Bishop of Llandaff, Cardiff. Canon Tim will be at her final service of Evensong on Sunday 9 July, and sitting in the Preston stall.
